Seeking truth within yourself

looking in the mirror seeing nothing but a minored elf.

Hoping it will change that you can do more,

wanting to do much better than before.

Pulling your weight and trying your best,

but still thinking you are weaker than the rest.

Being pushed down and maybe left behind,

Even after all this, you are still not in the right state of mind.

Seeking the truth within yourself,

Still seeing nothing but that minored elf

Struggling to find a way through

When all you ever needed to know was that it starts with you.

Wow. you know, i always feel like that elf on an almost daily but i never stop. i keep pushing to be stronger. very motivational.
