Thin Knives Toward Thin Glass

Thin Knives Toward Thin Glass

A Poem by Jesse Artimtio Quinones

We Sit Here,

You And I,

Beside Each Other,

You Look At My Wrist,

And Feel The Scars That Were Made,

I Tell You That Its Okay,

Yet You Disbelieve It,

I'm Here With You Arn't I,

I'm Not Dead Yet,

We'll Stay Forever,

Don't Dout It,

I Know It Saddens You,

But I Love You,

And You Know It,

I'll Look At Your Gorgeous Face Everytime,

It Brightens Me Up For You To Be Happy,

And Your Eye's Glaring From The Sun Evertime,

Its The Beautifulest Thing I Love,

Its Like The Blue Sea With The Sun Glaring Off Of It,

So Don't be Sad,

I'm Here,

I'll Kiss All the Problems You Have Away,

I'll Hold On To Your Waist,

You Hold On To My Face,

We'll Stare,

But Are Lips Will Meet,

Like To Birds Chirping To Find Each Other.
