Time Will TellA Poem by Jessa Leigh HamiltonThe moment the sky turned purple, And fell down onto my pillow, Under my head, That of which lie softly upon your chest, I knew we entered a different world. The illusion of life as a human being, Had been transformed into the next dimension. And I was still dreaming of you. The moment I woke up from seeing what, I was hoping wasn't just my imagination, I knew I wanted that feeling back. That of which rose up from my heart, Reaching my pineal gland, Giving me visions of a colorful future, Making my intentions quiet clear. And I was still next to you. The moment your lips touched my skin, A connection tingled throughout my body, And set off fireworks of lustful attraction, That of which ignites a burning passion And gravitational pull towards you. Creating madness in my head, Because of how you step inside ego's consciousness, And I still want you. These moments of time, Together form an ever existing, Even if ever changing, Serene place in my heart that will Beats forever to the rhythm of your name, And the sound of your voice, Waiting for the day that you may finally tell Me, "I love you."
