Here they come

The enemies have charged

Their armor is so strong

Yet bravery is hidden in the dark

No light is in this battle

No beauty, only pain

So why not wear forgiveness

And flee from all your shame

We needn’t fight for glory

We needn’t kill all bad

But rather bring to life

All the love and hope we have

It's simple and a few lines seem to lose their flow... But I like it! I really like the last stanza. It's a really good message. I like the rhyme too.
