Mother and Father

Mother and Father

A Poem by That1Nerd23

He was scared, Reader.
Not only he, his siblings also.
Mother and Father had "rules"
But Mother and Father,
Well, Mother and Father didn't know,
Didn't care, they saw but
They didn't change.
Mother and father simply
Tried to imprison their kids.
Maybe so they wouldn't escape.
Mother needed to nurture,
Father needed control.
So they locked them away from the world.
That's a lonely place, Reader.
Can you feel their pain?
Can you imagine the tears and shakes
As anxiety drives them mad?
Are you sad now?
I'm sorry.
But you needed to know.
That's all I can say for now,
But I will come back.
You must know what will happen.
You must be patient with me,
Some things unfold slowly.
Especially a rebellious plan.
