New Vision

New Vision

A Poem by That1Nerd23

I have a new vision, no longer warped
I can see the world as it truly is
I can taste of pure desire which draws me higher

I can feel the anquish of a broken vow
I can hear the cries of the forgotten
I can comprehend the pain which keeps me sain

For I must know that I am not alone
I must know of intuition
And I must seek to increase and never cease

Yes, I must never, ever quick
For how then will I be happy
How then will I be taught and not be forever sought

Saught to become inprisioned once again
Saught to be a captive of lies
I mustn't be caught, this battle will be fought

I will show them who I am
I will show them till I die
And when death is upon me
I will be a banner in the sky

Yes, yes, and yes, that is perfect, what you just have written here dear lady!
Good ponderings, and intense feelings, woven in your art. I'm proud of you, and how you
can express yourself or the carachter in this piece so well.

touching ink...

The pleasure is all mine, you're a fantastic talent! :) I enjoyed this entirely
I can feel pain within this, yet hope. It is sad but like sweet at the same time. Nicely done Jessica. In the midst of showing them, make sure you take a moment to let it sink in. Let your identity truly wrap around you. Clothing you in dignity and grace. Keep pushing forward. :)
