Your love, O LORD, is like a river

I like it. Some of the ideas are really good. Few things I'd look at. 'has no end' and 'its constant' mean the same thing, I don't feel the power of the line if I'm told it twice. And 'Your Love' at the very start ruins the metaphor because I know what your talking about. I don't feel like I can take a personal response from the piece because you tell us what your thinking.
Hope that was constructive because the piece has some interesting ideas. Well done.

I write my emotions, thoughts, and feelings. It is a wonderful blessing when people can take something away from it and when they can relate. However, my poetry is inspired my experiences in my life. People envision God and religion different ways. Some see it as a good thing, while some others may not understand or respect it. It's always a good feeling to know that someone or God is watching over you, protecting you, guiding you through on your road to life. I'm sure he helps you out a lot when you need someone to turn to and often need support. If you need a helping hand, he is there to hold it until the end.
