Broken

I’m broken

My heart is full of pain

I’m chokin’

On the world’s undying fame

But I’m hopin’

That when I accept Your great name

I won’t be broken, but I’ll be changed

 

Yes, I’m prayin’

That You’ll forgive me for my sins

And I’m beggin;

That You’ll change this heart within

I’m restartin’

At the cross is where I’ll begin

So I long for You, and not who I’ve been
