To lay here foreverA Poem by ThoughtsOfANemoFishInspired by someone I love very much, someone who I couldn't live without and someone who I want to spend the rest of my life with<3I love everything about you, Everything I see, And everything I don't. Everything I feel, And everything I don't.
When you hold my hand, Electricity waves flood my body, I'm nothing but a ship wreck, Ridden with emotion, Unworthy to have your love.
When you're far away, I envy the ground you walk on, The bed you sleep on, For they get to touch you, And I don't.
When you're beautiful eyes, Melt into mine, Those butterflies squirm inside me, Then your hands slides to the back of my neck, Darling, I await.
When you lean foward and kiss me, Nothing can compare, To the taste of your lips, To the scent of your hair, And I love you more than ever.
Then you pull back your head, And a smile curves onto your mouth, Then you take me in your arms, Craddling me like a child, And I wish I could lay here forever. © 2011 ThoughtsOfANemoFishAuthor's Note
