I survived.

Stand up and fight,

don't hide away in the shadows,

let them know that you survived.

 

A weak moment,

unhappiness all around,

a frown plastered on your face,

with no escape to be found.

 

You hid it at first,

no one knows it can't hurt,

they think you're alright,

you think it'll all work.

 

Long sleeves and bracelets,

can only hide so much,

but the day will come,

that holds the evil touch.

 

Someone will notice,

that's what you don't seem to understand,

you're not alone in this,

I can give you a helping hand.

 

So stand up and fight,

don't hide away in the shadows,

speak up,

and let them know you survived.
