"Beat them, all!"

"Beat them, all!"

A Poem by Jess Holden
"

My first fan fiction ever :) from Across the Universe

"

"Lucy!" The boy with the midnight black hair screamed across the flood of roaring people, fighting his way through the oncoming officers. I fought to hold him back, slamming his elbow into my jaw, knocking me back. I felt my rage begin to build, as I lifted up my small bat, feeling the weight of it come crashing down onto his head.

This didn't slow him, or his despirate cries out.

"Jude!" I herd a voice scream, looking up to see a beautiful girl being restrained. Her hair was a beautiful golden colour that stood out amoungst the fighting people. My supirior was holding her back, trying to force her through the wards of people fighting back. This Jude character was still fighting; trying to push away from me to get to her.

I sympathized with him, knowing what it's like to have to fight for who you love.

"Beat them, all!" I herd my supirior yell above all the voices, as I lifted my bat again, knocking the boy to the ground.

He lay on the stairwell, blood pouring from a deep gash on his scalp, crying. I stood above him, grabing my handcuffs out of my belt, listening to the sounds of the retaliation of the war.

Nothing's gunna change my world...

You have to see the movie to really understand how intence this part was, and to really understand the whole thing.
