Speak.

Speak.

A Poem by Jess Holden
"

A poem about not just 'going with the flow.'

"
Walk around,
Don't face your fear,
Just keep your head down,
Don't see the fright,
Let others know your unhappy,
Spoken words that were never herd,
Are what keeps us up at night,
Dreaming your voice would stop whispering at nothing.

Without a choice,
We must move on,
Stop wondering,
Stop asking,
Because you fall short of words,
Even though your eyes say so much,
Its a different laguage,
A different text,
Something seen on the walls of a cave,
And no one there to translate.

Speak up, dear child!
Let your voice speak out againt that dark hole your stuck in,
Let us make a smile turn right,
Take a pill,
Let all your problems fade from sight,
Please let me help,
Don't give yourself the chance to be sad.

Don't give up.

Fight for happiness.

Fight for life.
