Friendship's Last.A Poem by Jess HoldenPoem about how friendship can weather any storm.
Laughter floods the days,
The lonesome days forgotten long ago, Cold hands reach for me but fall short; Their scared of the sunlight, The hope. Its fought long and hard, Trying to break my wall down, Every victory spent in tears, Every loss in numbness. There was no end. Fading away ever so slowly, The memories of death and blood stop, Nightmeres turn into dreams, Dreams become reality, And reality becomes a dream. Days blur, Months pass, Years fade, Friendships last. © 2011 Jess HoldenAuthor's Note
