Hurt You.

Hurt You.

A Poem by Jess Holden
"

Poem about hurting someone you love.

"
I herd the voice grow,
From a whisper to a scream,
The one that makes your blood run cold,
The one that makes you run away.

I wasn't there for you,
I just wasn't here then,
But I'm here now,
And I'm here to get revenge.

I swore that day on,
The day I found out,
That I would find who hurt you,
And destroy them the same way they destroyed you.

I'm here for hugs,
I'm here for tears,
I'm here to help you have no fears,
I'm here to save you,
Like your a fallen angel gone dark and cold.
I'm here for what I never was,
I'm here to become the girl I've always wanted to be,
I'm here to be like you.

The strength of you goes unseen,
For so does the reason that you see strong.
Your darkness is only seen in your eyes and felt through your hands,
And I never saw that before,
I never saw who hurt you was really me.
