A Virgins Secret

 

It all starts with me,

A little virgin

I never meant to sin

My mind wasn't where It should of been

 

All my promises I kept

I broke my main one

The most important one

 

I said I would never fall for the lies

That would come out of his mouth

But oh how bad I wanted it all to be the truth

 

Well either way its to late now

It just all happened so fast

 

How I let his hands slip over my body

Both of us filled with curiosity

Wondering how far our lust

Would take us

 

Next thing I know

I've been stripped down

 

My walls of security

Gone

 

My Virginity was all I had left

The only thing in my life I had that really made me, me

And he took that as well

 

But shhh

It's a virgins secret

this poem is kinda sad in a way. everyone has some regrets when they lose their v card, even if it was their idea, and they really love the person they lost it to. its an interesting topic for a poem though and i thought it was written very well
