No Time To Worry

I have no time to worry.

I'm too busy for my Lord.

The words of my Redeemer

can nothing but peace afford.

I have no time to worry.

His truths are too deep in me.

His works are all I desire.

His love is all I can see.

I have no time to worry

as long as God's in control.

I have no time to worry,

for only Christ makes me whole.

There is NO need to worry when our God is on our side. I love this little religious poetic gem. They rhythm and rhyme are perfect and the poem goes along so quickly as a result that I had reached the final line before I realised it. Like a smooth flowing river it just carried me along with it. I feel the poet has a religious vocation. God to him is his everything, his life, his love, his whole world and it is all so exquisitely expressed in very simple, but pure words of his poetry.
