Christmas Day

 

A beautiful Christmas day with a sky so blue,

with so much going my way, and my dreams come true.

With so much glory to see, and the wealth untold.

My heart leaps inside of me at all I behold.

 

Many, many years ago the Savior was born,

Leaving his Father to go to a world so torn.

Giving his life for the lost, if they would repent.

And he paid all of the cost, with his blood he spent.

 

Please don't let it be in vain, that he suffered so.

For you he endured the pain, please don't tell Him no.
