From Day To Day

What is around the corner,
    or the river's bend?
Is it something we should dread,
    or is it a friend?

What is waiting for us behind
     the dark curtain?
Life can really be scary,
     and so uncertain.

So how can we face tomorrow
     if we don't pray?
For we don't what will happen
     from day to day.
