Bravery was once a adjective used to describe me

A Poem by Flapjack

Bravery was once a word that was a adjective to describe me

Closing your eyes you can still see this image of that moment
That moment that replayed seems like it took years to finish but in reality
Took seconds
Remembering the words  your taught as a child , you fight for a sense of justice
in the world you think will soon revolve around the belief
Remembering your faults
Is a way to make you a better person?
Recalling what you cant redo
Makes us have a better future?
Are you envious of simplicity or
Enraged by its , simple design.
Nightmares
Reality the difference being?
Dreams are the ones were taught to reach for but in the end
If you reach your dream it wasn't a dream to being with.
You can live your life along all your dreams, an not have any regrets.
Grabbing at your head screaming are you able to
Determine what's real and just a dream?
As your body quivers your heart skips a beat you can feel what seems like
A string of your sanity slipping and becoming consumed by the
Night terrors that are prevailing and trying

Bravery was once a adjective that could of been used to ...
describe.
me
