Deep into the forest

Through the dark woods

You can hear the sounds of twigs snapping

And owls hooting too

As the frosty cold air sends shivers down your spine

And the full moon's light shine upon that night

The rising whispering of the eerie wind

Reaches a crescendo

The nearby bushes rustle

As dark figures emerge from behind the trees

And as the branches of the trees cast shadows that have the same likeness      of claws

Far into the distance

You can hear the chime of bells

Telling us that upon us all

Dawn has finally fell

And with the last strike of the bell

You soon realize that

Deep into the forest

And through the dark woods

Lie’s a ghost town
