LongingA Poem by JenniferMarieHow did we get here? Separate even in the same room, same giant bed. shut gates in the honey-less night We gaze at one another, seasoned smiles your hands heavy behind the busy walkway between us. In spaces of silence I think to tell you truths but you are already a light cloaked wanderer in a dream. It can be different like in Manhattan Beach I can stop evolving into someone foreign. Tonight truths rest in wrinkled un-sent notes, fragrant hope, wounded and longing. © 2014 JenniferMarieFeatured Review
