Angels Among Us

We think of angels as foreign and distant, 
a statue at a cemetery, a story in a book, 
but to stand in the silence of morning, 
at dawn when fog has settled in, 
and beyond it, dusty orange has spread across the horizon 
the noise of the mind will calm, 
and you can feel them all around 
and if you go to the pond behind the big oak tree, 
off to the east, 
where the water is still, 
and the scent of dew and fresh grass is everywhere, 
you will know there is something greater than man, 
you will forget everything that was, 
and remember the truth in Heaven and Angels.

This's really a nice writing, i can relate it with me....lol, if i got some wishes then my first wish'd be this "have dinner with angels"...lol, it's great write, yeah you well expressed in last lines

nice write, these lines're beautifully capturized......great write. From this write, i can imagine the view angels in heaven especially from one of 'em' i fly....hahah :), not one of 'em, i meant with all of 'em....hahah:)
