Nature's Invitation

Nature's Invitation

A Poem by Pure Hope
"

I know I have said "This beautiful day is calling me"...

"

Whispers on the morning dew
Tender brushes of tangerine lilies:
Starlings divine serenade accompanies katydids

hidden in the silky hues of crimson and honey.

Tucked away beneath leaf and thorn,

weathered toad hops searching.

Blazing yellow sunshine-

Warming eager sun worshipping flora and fauna.

Shade calls with cool protection

How could I say no to this invitation
