Lost and foundA Poem by Jennesis
I'm lost
Even though the sun is shining upon my face Knowing my shining worth is priceless Yet I'm lost I'm lost in this moment Drowning in the waters of responsibility The storm is outside me But I'm still lost I'm lost The winds of change have swept My landscape into recognizable dunes My heart is steady I'm still lost I'm lost in this swinter day Spring in winter Weather not knowing the proper season I'm lost without knowing why I'm lost Both with them and without them Each raindrop nurturing a different seed Still I'm lost within the downpour Running down my face The forecast ahead is confusing Both sun, rain, wind and snow Is predicted All colors of the rainbow I'm sheltered within But outside A wet burning flame in the wind My voice both strong weak in sound I'm lost And I'm found © 2015 JennesisFeatured Review
