Reading through my blog, had a moment of tears and self-loathing, and realised the worthlessness of such feelings.

Her make-up is smeared
She wishes she could have disappeared
Into never-never land
Holding a lovers hand

She regrets her mistakes
One bad decision is all it takes
But it's gotten her here
And she has nothing left to fear

She has hurt and she has lost
These decisions come at a cost
But she won't let it bring her down
She will erase that frown

Strong she will stand
Holding a lovers hand
She will keep her loved ones near
She won't let them disappear

She will be who she was meant to be
She will no longer see
Through watery eyes
No longer hidden behind a disguise

She will stand strong

Amidst a world of judgement
