A quick poem I wrote inspired by the movie Wuthering Heights
Run away And bring me back the world I am chained to these castle walls Bound by old dreams and past lives But you, my love Have the universe awaiting your arrival The entire cosmos to explore How cruel would I be to hold you back from chasing the stars So go farther than I would ever dare Don't look over your shoulder And never regret any step you take With each pace away, you are one closer to coming back While I build this fortress upon will and passion You'll expand your empire all the same I may be thousands of miles away But my heart will always follow
Run away And bring me back the world I promise I'll wait
Hopeful, gentle and kind wish.
"Run away
And bring me back the world
I promise I'll wait"
Sometimes, all we have is hope and wishes. Thank you Jenna for sharing the excellent poetry.

This is beautiful and magnificent, you create a landscape of an remarkable place. There also is a surreal energy in this that captivated me while I was reading.
