Stupid

The world we live in is...
I guess the word is stupid.
So materialistic and shallow
No one cares about the individual
No one cares about personality
Or originality or individuality.
Why is it like this i wonder?
These are things i ponder.

Stupid stereotyping... The only word that comes to mind is stupid. Why judge people for what's on the outside?

like the old saying,"never judge a book by its cover". you make a good point in this, but the people in the world makes it stupid. you can just about tell about a person by looking into their eyes. this is where the true heart of a person is. good write.

... brilliant title ... this poem is a biting and cutting comment on the times we live in ... though a large number of people talk about "personality", "originality" and "individuality" ... they have no respect for uniqueness ... it's one thing to talk about it and quite another to walk the talk ... this verse is simple and powerful in how it expresses its central thought ... very thought-provoking and very well written ...

Great poem and it's very true. Some ppl just don't have good morals or/values, but yet we are forced to live here,... anyway i'm going to stop now before I start a paragraph. This was a great poem though, it makes me think.
