The Darkness

The Darkness

A Poem by JenTastic

with her soft kiss she presses
against the darkness that is hers
this nothing that is inside of her
is the emptiness that he claims
the girls tears run down his hands
evil's blood spills from her mouth
as he forces into her, she screams
but no sound comes out
pain flows through her body
wanting more, wanting all of her
this darkness takes over her innocence
broken, she gives into his compulsion
her eyes stare up at the night
shes alone once again.

I agree with krys. You seem to be jumping from girl to guy in thoughts. Very hard to do without differentiating with italics or different font size...unless I read it wrong.

Your talent shines though.....can't wait to see more.

The imagery of this poem is simple but I can get the message of it. Short to the point and written on a subject rarely touched because it is a touchy subject. very nicely done.
