So many questions, so few options...

If you could make the pain go away,
Would you ask him to stay?

If you could control its tick-tock,
Would you turn back the clock?

If you knew he couldn’t forget her,
Would you make him regret her?

If you could love only him,
Would you follow at whim?

If you had nothing to fear,
Would you not shed a tear?

If you had nothing to lose,
How would you chose?

Wow - I like the flow of this - the subject matter hits close to home.... had the same situation with a guy that just could not get over the last one...yet found it ok to come and tear my heart apart.... hurts - really hurts. My Remembering January was about this guy..... then he came around again a couple months ago (after not being around for about 6, guess what - I felt very little for him.... just kinda sad.... so time will help ....
