Lullaby

A song I plan to put into the story.

      A soft lullaby rose up to her lips while she ran her fingers through her son's hair.

Go to sleep,

The sheep will not make a peep.

Let your mind rest,

You mother will take care of the rest.

Do not fear

The wars can't get in,

Your father will win.

Go to sleep,

tomorrow is the reap.

The food is almost in,

We shall gather it in the end.

Do not fear

together we will wake,

another day to take.

Go to sleep

The wheat will keep,

tomorrow we go to the lake,

for flour to make.

Do not fear

the monster will all fade

for sins they've payed.

Sleep tonight,

until blessed light.
