If You Knew

If You Knew

A Poem by Jeff

Are you thinking of me

You're on my mind

Do you feel my arms around you

I feel you now

If I could promise you

I'd hold you forever

Would you come to me

If I swore to you

My undying love

Would you take my hand

I'd sacrifice my heart

For your kiss

I'd offer up my soul

For your love

Breathe into me

Bring your love into me

Love so close, yet so far away.. what would one do, to taste those lips..
To feel love pass by the lips, and filling the lungs with hope..
The sentiment is beautifully written, so few words, but they tell the story of a lifetime.. Well Done Jeff
