Tonight

Tonight

A Poem by Jeff

Tonight

We have you and me

No others in sight

Two souls too lonely

To miss this chance

To lose each other

In our lonely dance

As the candles flicker

You're the only one

In my eyes tonight

I'm the only one

In your eyes tonight

We could be wrong

But this feels right

Here is where we belong

Tonight

I love it! It's not promising a future, but it's a promising present. It's right here right now. I love it

I love simplicity.. no words to clutter up the moment.. sometimes love is direct and to the point.. you captured one of those moments with this one.. Well done Jeff!
