Alone and On My Own

Alone and On My Own

A Poem by Jeff

Isolation

Loneliness.

Nothing here anymore.

Four walls of nothing.

Can't bear to see you happy.

Enjoying your new found life.

I wish you well.

I wish you the best.

I need something else.

I need to feel wanted.

I need to hear another voice.

Besides the one in my head.

I walk this road on my own.

Like I've done before.

And I swore I'd never do it again.

But here I am.

Alone and on my own.
