Sonnet 24

Sonnet 24

A Poem by Jeff Miller

I want to kiss your body all over,

To memorize every inch of skin,

My lady luck, my four leaf clover,

You are the fairest woman that has been.

I want to know your body without sight,

To know where each angel kiss has been placed,

Hark! My true love, I am your shining knight,

Fair Sarah, you could never be replaced.

My honest love, Jeff, your armor does shine

And I shall allow your wish to come true,

As long as you will always remain mine,

For I am forever in love with you.

I'm glad you were willing to wait for me,

Love did not make me blind, it made me see.
