Sonnet 15 (Shakespearean Style)A Poem by Jeff MillerWhen I hold you I hold everything You have more beauty than the season spring When I hold you, Love, my heart wants to sing My dove, you are the feather’s to my wing. There is no one who walks this earth as fair As you, my Lover, ruler of my heart, The only catcher of my blue eyes’ stare, Whose beauty struck my blue eyes like a dart. But, alas, I can’t love you always Since there is the east, and the sun is you You both rise, so I fall again each day That is why I cannot always love you. Can you grasp my meaning that is so deep? Love, it is my heart you will always keep. © 2010 Jeff MillerAuthor's Note
