Sonnet 4 (Shakespearean Style)

Sonnet 4 (Shakespearean Style)

A Poem by Jeff Miller

Our love can make the mighty mountains shake

Hark! It is our love that can endure all

The light from our love can shatter daybreak

Our love can shout louder than a bird’s call

Our love will last for an eternity

Our love is mightier than an ocean

For it is stronger than all seven seas

We are above superstitious notion

But, they still try to shake our foundation

But their attempts remain to be futile

But we were meant to be since creation

And the fact they still try is juvenile

I’ll love you longer than the end of time

My princess, beholder of my sublime
