Sonnet #??

I started to write this sonnet who knows how long ago. Between 6 weeks ago and 3 months ago. I have no idea when I started it, but I finished it tonight.

My feelings are so strong for you

So let me try and express this emotion

It’s not enough to just say I love you

You have my utmost devotion

Your voice is my favorite song

Your angelic face is my favorite picture

I know together is where we belong

What you say is more important than scripture

We are finally together

I get drunk from just your kiss

I know we both will accept nothing less than forever

Your very presence immerses me in bliss

Your touch brings me to heaven

Our love will always burn…hotter than an oven

Author's Note

Tonight I added line 7 and lines 9-14. The rest was the beginning of a sonnet I found on notebook paper. Please ignore meter...I'm not one to find the importance in syllables, their count, or any of that. Just the rhyme scheme and the emotion it brings to your mind. To me that's all that matters

Total infactuation is burning with each line read.. both with high hopes of finding that everlasting love.. tremendous energy. This is very, very passionate! There's love, desire, and all that happy stuff mixed in your words. There's nothing else I can say, other than "hotter than an oven" at the end sort of broke the flow for me. Other than that, I enjoyed it.
