All That Matters

I wish and I pray 
That I can make these gray skies go away 
I wanna make you happy, to give you all you want and deserve 
If I need to I'll use all my reserves 
I'll muster up the courage and the words 
And I will sweep you off your feet 
My poems are the broom 
Be mine and forever will it be you I keep 
I search my soul at night 
How can I show you everything I say is true? 
It's nearly impossible not to wrap my arms around you and hold you when you're in my sight 
How do I prove this? 
How do I prove that you are without a doubt my heart's wish? 
My words can hypnotize 
But I don't want you to be dazed? 
Nor confused... 
I want you to my princess 
What's the right way? 
Should I put on my armor and be on my way? 
On my to find a dragon to slay? 
And hope that I shall live and you could be my prize? 
I hope my words are clear and concise 
If that's what it takes send this knight on his noble quest 
For once I start it I will not rest 
I would even commit a crime 
And serve my time 
All that matters is you become mine
