Run A Mile in My Shoes

Run A Mile in My Shoes

A Poem by Jeff Miller

What am I supposed to do?
I love one girl...but it's becoming two
One is taken
The other one shaken
One likes me
Though the other, it's hard to see
Should I wait for the new?
Or should I keep pushing through...

(chorus)
I want them to be happy
But I am so tired of being lonely...
I can't move on
I've been thinkin bout them til dawn
One is confusing
But they're both amazing
You think you have it hard?
I can't choose...
Go run a mile in my shoes

I've been given advice
But this is still the hardest battle I've had to fight
My mind wanders all night
How am I supposed to know what's right?
They're both the beacons that light up my life
This is the hardest kind of strife...

(chorus) 2x

This shows a great experience most of us go through during some part of our lives: deciding who we want. Amazing job at portraying this!
