A lovely write! It contains more depth than you probably think.

Silence can be worth gold, but it can also when kept at the wrong moment destroy so much.
Sometimes silence says more than words, but sometimes it means the end of everything, and it is for sure more powerful than all words will ever be.
There are moments when a loved one passed away we realise that there was so much we'd like the one to know, that we had told 'em but haven't because words failed us to come, or because of an ever hectic schedule - whatever it's those moments that weigh very much on our soul - but things happen always the way they are meant to be ...

Short but powerful write. It is very thought provoking. I like it!

Interesting.....I love the thought as the attempt... the "I tried" repetition was used in a thoughtful almost digestive way.....indeed these feelings resonate---> we all at one time have grappled....harbored......confronted....but I was always the kind of girl who took a chance...I hope you did too...because struggling with I tried...will leave you feeling nonsensical.....living with I did....will leave you with no regrets.

It is 'something' indeed Robert, silence can actually be golden at times and it can also speak volumes by sending out strong messages...one way or another. It is better not to say anything when you don't know what to say...though you have said much in this piece about love and its complicated stages.

Silence is very tricky. Sometime I wish silence would slap me in the face so I will no when to stop. Other times I wish I would have spoken up. But even tho u didnt speak up, u did feel them. Lovely write.

well it is not just something, it is deep beauty inside it. Sometimes we need to keep us from expression. Silence is healing. Oh Robert, this one speaks to me. It is a very powerful write. Silence really does say so much more than any words possibly can and can bring so much to joy or heartache too. My favorite lines cause they are very brilliant lines, Robert, that now I wished I wrote them!!

This is really so great.You know it reminded me of a day when like...I experienced the same...When I "Tried" to express someone about it...So, I found it really quite close.
"When there was so much to say but silence said it all...
And I found that my life without you is not fine at all..."
I mean, this is somehow the same...the same complex feel which is next to impossible for anyone to write in words or even to speak...
