My prayers

My prayers fill the dawn

As the sun rises in the sky

Then again at noon

Under God's watchful eye

 

At night my prayers erase

Fears of the coming new day

In prayerful dreams I see

God's grace in every way

 

Open my eyes Lord in the morning

Smile on me at noon time

Send blessings upon me at night

In my dreams whisper to me in rhyme
