A long lost love. The love I once felt for you is long lost. The day I said I cheated, was the first time I had ever lied to you. My head is still confused though. But my heart knows that it needs to stay away from you. A long lost love. Past, is all it will ever be for me...and should be for you. I don't know how much time has passed, but I stopped counting long ago. And hearing from you, I didn't know what to do. The love we once shared, is a love lost long ago. A long lost love. A broken heart from you. When I was down, all could do was, think of you....hoping...praying....that maybe, there would once again, be a me and you. But now I know, you weren't good for me. You were a downer. A drug to me. Now I see though, that there are men much better than you. I think I'm noticing a trend here too... The one I'm falling in-love with....is just like you. But then, I didn't really know you did I? If you hid your feelings away from me. You really didn't love me, 'cause of the way you treated me. I was just your "w***e". As I did feel after you left me. How did I hurt you? In my eyes...you can't hurt the ones you love. I guess in an instant, I stopped loving you. That's how I was able to hurt you. It hurt me for a little while. Then I started seeing other guys. I'm completly out of love with you. I have no more tears to cry. The world started to brighten. Now that you're gone from mine. Every things better. I'm not your baby. And your not mine. I can finally accept this. Every thing's starting to feel right. Now that you're finally gone from my life.
