It started out as a joke.
Then grew into a feeling.
Turned into a quiet thought.
Became unspoken word.

Now, my heart is lost.
And everything is changing.
That feeling grew louder,
Until it was a battle cry.

I know it’s just a feeling.
And no one knows yet.
If it is you, how would it be?
Will you know?

Do you know, how I’m doing these days?
Clocked up of crazy thoughts, all because of you.
I’m afraid of the idea of me liking you.
I think my mind is about to explode.

You said, I might be confused.
No need to say sorry.
Just because you can’t feel it too.
It doesn’t mean the feeling is not true.

I know you already answered.
I know the meaning of answerless feelings.
But I pretend not to know.
‘Coz I’m lingering on endless ground.
