My Life

Personal

My life is well-written.
Since the day I was born,
My destiny is already penned.
The path that I need to take,
The choices that I need to make.

I thought life would be easy.
I'm always stuck in the past,
I couldn't look far into the future.
I looked around, everyone is leaving me.
I am lost without a trace.

The curse that was given to me,
Makes me question and hate myself.
I ask and pray but no one answered.
I felt empty inside.
I don't even know myself.

I always just laugh and smile,
The truth that I hide.
No one could ever see,
I am slowly dying inside.
Hoping for someone to hold me.

I want to find my lost dream.
I want to find the real me.
I ask myself, who am I.
I am just an empty soul,
Wishing for a glimpse of light that would save me.
