To the Butterflies

To the Butterflies

A Poem by Jazmin-Ruby
"

July 22 felt a bit like a cage.

"
Butterfly, fly and be free
Butterfly, dream and be free
Butterfly, sing and be free
Butterfly, love and be free
Butterfly, open you wings
to show you tiny simplicity
and fill the earth with beauty

Like the whimpers of violins,
unfold the most hidden secrets
which your graceful wings keep

Like the sigh of a piano,
expose the most treasured desires,
which your lovely dance distracts

Butterfly, just live and make yourself free.

I really like your poem, I also like butterflys quite a lot. I especially loved the first stanza and how you compared them to instruments. That's such a creative and nice idea :)
Well penned :)

I like how you used sounds to describe how a butterfly flutters by ^^ violins and pianos can be so peaceful sounding when played right and that's what a butterfly is, light and graceful.

Good Job
