High School GameA Poem by Jazmine Devine
You like him
maybe he likes you too. You stand back and play by the rules. You can try but someone else will cheat through. What's the point if you're just gonna lose? It's unfair this evil game we play. Trying not to lose until another day. No matter what you are someone else is greater. You can stop acting like I am a traidor. It's risky this little game have. It's bad position on your behalf. Your cheating through every single lie. Your causing hate so say goodbye. What do you earn by cheating? Is there an award I am missing? Sometimes I can only pretend that you aren't' existing. Yes, she may win and get the boy. Even if she does she'll be destroyed.
