AngelsA Poem by Jayanthi ManojBe as informal as a child childish and child-like sprinkling joy in everyone’s life, waving smiling at alien and familiar faces. Wild flowers out of the womb of gutters, spreading fragrance painting beauty to sordid streets A gentle breeze becomes bliss a blessing, in a cargo of caravan across areas of arid Sahara. Drops of dew become the Caspian for sagging sages, a string of sunlight on a frosty noon breaking coldness, brushing life. As lovely as a child a human wonder pregnant with innocence, these are Angels Angels of our lives Angles who make our lives Divine.
