Name: Amber Jewel Holmes

Alias: Lightning

Gender/DOB: Female/7 May 2002

Description: A tall, lightly muscled, light-skinned teen with short, wavy dark brown hair and dark amber eyes.

Abilities: Storm manipulation

Class: Destroyer

Other: Possesses a citrine pendant that gives her astounding mind-related powers.

Background:

Her storm manipulation power were discovered when she was ten and caused a city-wide power outage. However, she soon got them under control and was ignored by the IPDTA until she acquired her citrine pendant. When she was thirteen, she found the yellowish stone and had it made into a necklace. It was soon discovered that it gave her unsurpassed abilities in telepathy, mind manipulation/control, and other mind-related abilites. It was then that she was approached by the IPDTA, and joined to help perfect her old abilities and control her new ones. Agent Lightning is not the oldest member of the IPDTA's SuperSquad, but she was the first member and therefore the leader.

Author's Note

We're introduced to the main organization within the city. Don't worry, there will most definitely be villains here, and both internal and external conflict.
