Woman Called Gun

Woman Called Gun

A Poem by The Jay

I'll just vanish and I'll never know because you never knew,
And I met the woman called gun,
In my hand but it's all part of the fun,
Because I don't know where I imbibe,
And I wake up so high,
But stop trying,
Because it isn't found after all,
And now you're just a memory,
A memory lost in my lane of dreams,
And I am drowning in the Sun that has no light,
But you won't go down without a fight,
But stop trying,
Because it isn't found after all,
And now you're just a memory,
A memory lost in my lane of dreams,
And I am drowning in the Sun that has no light,
But you won't go down without a fight.

I liked the line 'A memory lost in my lane of dreams.' I'm not...I'm not quite sure what this is about, but it makes me think suicidal ideation with a gun. Dark.
