Rose's First Day of School (Age 5)

Today is Rose's first day of Kindergarten and she's a bit shy at first to make friends.

Today was the first day of school at Pollenda Elementary school for Rose Woods. She started Kindergarten while her older brother, Robert Woods, was going to start 4th grade. They’re parents were walking with them to school that morning. 

“Okay Rosie, Robert are you two ready for school,”  Allen says smiling at his children 

“YEAH!” Robert yelled happily 

“Yeah” Rose says smiling at him 

“Good because Robert will be taking you to Ms, Rosesada’s class” Sarine says smiling at her daughter 

Sarine was their mother while Allen was their father. Robert stood by his little sister and held her hand. Robert is a Dark-Fire Neko Vampire with milk chocolate hair and forest green eyes similar to his father. While Rose was a Shadow Neko Vampire with black hair and golden yellow eyes similar to her mother. Both of the children looked like younger versions of their parents but Rose was more like her father and Robert was like his mother. 

“Will big brother be in my class?” Rose asks looking at her mother

“No sweetie. He’s in another class” she says 

“Oh,”  Rose was saddened by this and her ears flattened on her head

“Hey don’t worry Rose, I’ll come and get you after class” Robert says ruffling his sisters hair

Rose smiled at him and their parents did too. “Okay” 

“She’s so much like you Allen” Sarine says nudging her husband

“But she has you intelligence” Allen kisses her cheek

When they reached the school, the parents gave their children a hug and a kiss. 

“You two have a great day at school okay” Sarine says smiling at them 

“Make lots of friends Rosie” Allen pats her head 

“Don’t forget to go to your aunt Cassandra’s house after school. We’ll pick you up from there” 

“Okay mom”

“Don’t forget to take care of you sister” 

“I won’t dad” 

The siblings entered the school grounds and their parents waved at them before they left. On the way to Rose’s class, they ran into Alec Teneon and Paris Rose, two of Robert's friends. 

“Aawww hi Rose”  Paris says hugging her 

“Sup pint size” Alec says pointing finger guns at her 

“Hello” Rose says hugging Paris back 

“Where are you off to?” Alec asks Robert 

“Oh I’m taking Rose to her class” he responded

“Well lets take her already before class starts and we’re all late” Paris says holding Rose’s hand and pulling her to class 

“HEY! My sister” Robert and Alec follow behind Paris

Once they dropped off Rose, they left her and ran to class. Rose sat in the back of the class and looked around the classroom. The other children were speaking and playing with each other. Rose watched alone because she was too shy to speak to anyone until a boy with dirty blonde hair and blue eyes walked up to her radiating an aura similar to Paris. 

“Hello” he says smiling at her showing her his missing tooth

Rose looks down shyly “Hello” 

“My name is Andrew” 

“I’m Rose” she says quietly 

“Oh that’s a pretty flower name”  

“Yeah my daddy chose it” 

“Cool my dad choose mine”  

Andrew and Rose sat next to each other during class and played with each other during recess and lunch. When the school day ended Robert came to get Rose. She waved goodbye to Andrew as he got picked up by his father who was accompanied by 2 twin girls that looked similar to him.. 

“I see you’ve made a new friend Rosie” Robert says smiling 

Rose nodded her head as they walked to their aunt’s home with no problem. They waited there for their parents. They played with each other and their older cousin Noel. They finished their homework and ate some shrimp alfredo pasta. It became night and it was getting later. Rose went to sleep on the couch and their aunt pulled Robert to her room. She told him that his parents were never coming home.
